Most hotels, villas, and spas have a laid-back, contemporary, rustic vibe, and pretty much every restaurant and café has a terrace or is entirely open air.

Balinese Decor: How To Bring Bali Home
I have spent five months in Bali and during these months I kept noticing the decor details that show up over and over on the island. And because I’ve been completely obsessed with Balinese decor, I decided to incorporate a touch of Bali into my rental apartment. Today, I am sharing 10 tricks to create a Balinese interior without breaking the rental rules.
1. Hang Your Rattan And Straw Bags
Your rattan and straw bags can become great decor elements. Use 3 or 4 handbags of different shapes to make your interior more interesting and creative. Your entryway, for example, can be a nice place to display your favorite rattan and straw handbags.
Install a stylish wooden hook to hang your handbags. Check out some modern wall hangers/ hooks here on Amazon.

2. Use Your Hats As Wall Decor
If you have hats, why don’t you use them to accessorize a bare wall? You can turn your sun hats, fedora, Panama, and boater hats into wall art. Added bonus: displaying your hats is a great way to save space in your closet and stay organized.
3. Incorporate Earthy Colors
Inspired by colors found in nature, earth tones palette creates an element of peace and calm, and can bring a fresh, natural, and chic look to your space. Incorporate hints of beige, green, burnt orange or ochre using throw pillows.
4. Elevate Your Kitchen With Wooden Accessories
Displaying Wooden items is a nice way to add natural warmth, rich color, and interesting texture to your decor- In fact, kitchen items made of wood are not only a mainstay of Balinese decor but of global decor as a whole. From bowls, spoons, and utensils to cutting boards and platters, there are plenty of gorgeous and practical wooden accessories that you should get to elevate your kitchen.
