How yo feel better after a bad day?

● Make myself a cup of coffee and enjoy the smell of afresh-made coffee
● Take a bath, add some relaxing music and light a few candles
● Turn up the music and dance around the kitchen
● Go for a happy hour with a friend
● Make a video call with my nieces. Talking to my favorite toddler girls always boosts my mood
● Watch an episode of The Big Bang Theory
● Randomly read a few pages of the little book of Lykke
● Hug someone I love
● Make a smoothie
● Wear perfume and enjoy the beautiful smell
● Post a positive post-it note on someone’s desk
● Do a small good deed for my husband.
● Smile at strangers
● Read inspirational life quotes
● Stop complaining and express my anger constructively
● Take a moment to do some quick research on a subject I want to learn more about
● Plan a trip
● Spend a little money on something I really want. It can be an outfit, a book, a lipstick…the fill- in the blank that catches my eye.

● Listen to podcasts
● Avoid all sorts of discomfort. This can include hunger, thrust, uncomfortable clothes, need to go to the toilet, cold or warm temperature…
