1. Mediterranean Decor – Bring The Coastal Vibe
The Mediterranean design feels bright and breezy. Evoke those seaside vibes by keeping your design base soft with white and add in textures and natural elements like linen, ceramic, and sisal. Incorporate blue accents or terracotta and ochre tones through elements, such as cushions, artwork, and tiles.
White sheer curtains add a breezy air to your living space. Paired with a patterned area rug, your space will feel effortlessly Mediterranean.

2. Tropical Modern – Ocean & Jungle Feel
When you think of the tropic, you picture flamingo-pink paint or Banana leaves wallpaper? That works! However, nothing will make your home feel more like an outdoor oasis than bringing natural products such as bamboo, rattan, wicker, and jute.
Get those Bali and Tulum vibes by incorporating elements that are tied to nature. Think bamboo pendant lamps, baskets, rattan chairs, shell chandeliers, sisal rugs, and macramé. Incorporate plenty of plants and earthy color tones all throughout the space.

3. Berber Decor – Warm & Cozy
Berber style is among the most exotic, interesting, and enchanting decor styles. It has many variants coming from all North African countries. Nonetheless, Moroccan decor remains the most popular one. Berber style combines low seating with earthy tones – ochre, rich brown, green, and burnt orange. Tables come in round shape and feature metalwork or ornate wood craving. They also tend to be set low. Make your space as authentic as possible by infusing touches of gold or silver and bringing Berber patterned pillows and rugs. Don’t forget to incorporate a pouf to your space!

4. Indian Decor – A Splash Of Vibrant Colors
Bold colors are the focal point of Indian style interior design. To bring this type of decor in your home you want to make sure to not go crazy with such a large palette. Opt for bicolor or tricolor theme that make your space cozy and bring visual interest without being overwhelming.
To succeed with this goal, pick an earthy color for your walls and floor and add color in your soft furnishings. You can accessorize your space with a careful selection of elements such as a piece of traditional Indian art or a colorful area rug. Add some throw pillows and floor cushions to warm up your space and make it more inviting.
Low seating, handicrafts, and solid wood furniture are other important elements of Indian decor.

5. African Decor – Transport Yourself To The Savannah
Inspired by nature and wildlife, African decor is both relaxing and stylish. Think of the savannah and its iconic animals.
Earthy colors are great for setting a calm and relaxing scene. Reflect the spirit of the continent by adding natural materials like leather, wicker, cane. Finish the African look with animal print accessories, cushions, colorful rugs, ritual masks, and wooden stools. You can also add lanterns and animal horns to add interest.

6. Japanese Decor – The Zen Ambiance
Zen is the one word that sums up Japanese decor. Suitable for minimalist and people living in small spaces, the Japanese decorating style is very modest and clean.
To embrace this decor style, your space needs to be filled with natural light, and the furnishing should be low, clean-lined, and made of light wood. To render a Zen ambiance, go for soft and neutral colors such as white, cream, beige, grey, and make use of organic fabric like cotton and silk to add some texture to your space. Finish the Japanese look with Zen accessories like bonsai trees, floor pillows, ikebana arrangements, and tatami mat.
